I highly recommend Hayes Pest Control, in Sebring Florida! I found them after searching Facebook for help with an urgent critter situation. My experience with other companies had been frustrating, many of the top Google listings were 800 numbers that routed me to call centers, and the companies I reached couldn’t come out for nearly a week. When you’re dealing with an unexpected situation like this, waiting that long simply isn’t an option.

From my very first call, Hayes was different. I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned woman who immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. She was able to put me on their schedule for the following day, which I greatly appreciated. Later that evening, she called me back to let me know they had a cancellation and could come out even sooner. That was truly above-and-beyond service!

I also appreciated that they were able to give me a price right over the phone. Other companies I contacted wouldn’t provide pricing until someone came to the property.

When John, the technician, arrived, he was extremely friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to do a very thorough inspection and spent a considerable amount of time explaining what he found, answering my questions, and addressing my concerns. I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment.

From the initial phone call to the service itself, Hayes Pest Control demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pest control company that treats its customers with respect and goes the extra mile when they need help.
