I highly recommend Hayes Pest Control, in Sebring Florida! I found them after searching Facebook for help with an urgent critter situation. My experience with other companies had been frustrating, many of the top Google listings were 800 numbers that routed me to call centers, and the companies I reached couldn’t come out for nearly a week. When you’re dealing with an unexpected situation like this, waiting that long simply isn’t an option. From my very first call, Hayes was different. I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned woman who immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. She was able to put me on their schedule for the following day, which I greatly appreciated. Later that evening, she called me back to let me know they had a cancellation and could come out even sooner. That was truly above-and-beyond service! I also appreciated that they were able to give me a price right over the phone. Other companies I contacted wouldn’t provide pricing until someone came to the property. When John, the technician, arrived, he was extremely friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to do a very thorough inspection and spent a considerable amount of time explaining what he found, answering my questions, and addressing my concerns. I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment. From the initial phone call to the service itself, Hayes Pest Control demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. I have had issues with roaches for like 5-6 years. I’d get rid of them and somehow they come back. I have used bugs beware , Nolan’s and another company idk the name of. I paid over 400-$600 each as a down payment and then monthly I had to pay as well and I never got rid of them and it didn’t seem like those bug company’s were working so I was just wasting my money. I found Haynes from a friend and within one treatment I have seen a big difference and my house was getting bad. I am now on my second spray and I’m hoping they will be gone ! Jeff was excellent very nice and explained everything so I knew all the information needed and was honest the whole way through. We’ve used this company for over a year, and they’ve always been fantastic. Josh came out for our quarterly service while I was at work, and he went above and beyond by finding and removing a dead animal our cat had dragged into the house.
