Hi, everyone! Welcome to Bug Talk. I’m your host Ryan Haynes. October was a busy month here in Highlands county. This past weekend was Fall- O-Ween in downtown Sebring. We hope you all had a chance to come by and enjoy the festivities. Families from across the county came out to share a fun night. Kids and adults got into the Halloween spirit by dressing up as their favorite characters. There was even a dance tutorial to learn the Monster Mash.
Here at Haynes Pest Control, we were very proud to sponsor the Haunted Halloween Maze this past weekend too. There were lots of things that creeped and crawled through the maze. A giant
scary rat jumped out and scared our family. All of the volunteers who made the Haunted Maze happen did an exceptional job. This event was put on by the Sebring Chamber of Commerce. The Haunted Halloween Maze was a great success and we look forward to next year.
Now that we are in November, we are fast approaching Thanksgiving and Christmas. There are a couple other events happening this month we are looking forward to sponsoring.
The first is Sebrings’ Gobble Wobble taking place on the historic Sebring Circle November 15th. If you have been
to the Sebring Soda Festival this event is similar. Tasting sample cards can be purchased for spirits. This will be our first year sponsoring Gobble Wobble. We look forward to seeing you there.
Pilgrim Palooza is the second exciting event Haynes Pest Control will be sponsoring this month. Pilgrim Palooza will be held on November 22nd from 6:00 -11:00pm. If you are looking for a fun night out this is the event for you. Howl at the Moon’s Dueling Pianos comes to Sebring! This event is a fun sing along with lots of variety. Our team went last year and we all had a fantastic time. Pilgrim Palooza is a ticketed event
so be sure to get your tickets early because they will sell out fast!
